Warm friendly welcome. Tea cake and biscuits on arrival was a nice touch. This was carried through to any time you returned in the evening you were offered tea or coffee. Beautifully cooked breakfast with huge variety on offer. This was as good as any we have encountered in many years of b&b experience. Maureen and John were perfect hosts. Would recommend highly
